DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Standard shipping: 1-3 business days.

  • International shipping: 5-7 business days.

We are a growing, independent fashion brand based in Dubai, dedicated to creating beautifully crafted petite clothing. As a small business starting our journey, we are thrilled to begin offering international shipping, starting exclusively with our petite community in the United Kingdom.

International logistics for a small business can be incredibly expensive. Because we want to make our designs accessible to you, we have absorbed a significant portion of the actual shipping rates ourselves to reduce the cost as much as possible for our customers. We deeply appreciate your support for an independent brand, and we thank you for understanding our pricing structure as we grow!

  • Standard International Shipping: 120 AED (~£25)
  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched from Dubai.

 

Please note: Any local UK customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order, as these fees vary by destination.


 

RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale or clearance items

 

International returns:

We want you to feel confident and look incredible in your trousers. If the fit isn't absolutely perfect, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To keep international returns stress-free and affordable, we offer a subsidised flat-rate return service. A flat fee of 65 AED will be deducted from your final refund to help us cover a portion of the return shipping back to Dubai.


How to return your item:

  1. Request the Return: Log into your customer account directly on our website, view your order history, and click "Request Return".
  2. Receive Your Label: We will process your request and generate a fully tracked return shipping label. We will email this PDF label directly to you.
  3. Drop It Off: Simply print the label, secure it to your original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your local Royal Mail post office. You do not need to pay anything at the post office counter.

 

UAE returns

We want you to look and feel incredible in your new trousers. If the fit is not absolutely perfect, we are happy to offer 100% FREE returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

We absorb all local courier fees so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

 




REFUNDS:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges based on stock availability. If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
